There are several options for preparing the Red Sea salad, but I want to share the simplest and most budgetary one. Such a simple salad with crab sticks is suitable for every day. Also on the festive table, it will look bright and presentable. Despite its simplicity, the salad comes out very juicy, tasty and everyone will like it. This salad recipe pairs well with crispy peppers, juicy tomato, and tender crab sticks. And the garlic adds a touch of piquancy and balances the flavors nicely.
Salad products need the most affordable, and the preparation itself will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • tomato - 1 pc. (big)
  • red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • crab sticks - 200 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. For this salad, you will need about 200 g of crab sticks. Each stick is first cut lengthwise into 4 parts, and then across also into 4 parts. Place chopped crab sticks in a bowl.


One red pepper, de-seeded and cut into strips. Transfer the chopped peppers to a bowl with crab sticks.

2. Cut one large tomato into 6 wedges. Then we cut out the seeds from each slice. Cut the pulp of the tomato into strips.
Put the prepared tomatoes in a bowl with the salad.

3. 100 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.
We also put the prepared cheese in the salad.

4. Also add 2 cloves of garlic to the salad through the press.
Salt the salad to taste. Do not forget that crab sticks, cheese and mayonnaise are already salty.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything well.
