Behind half a year of their weight loss experience I can say unequivocally that helps me lose weight, and thus I have achieved results - minus 32kg.

1. The most important thing - it's food!
This is 80% of success in losing weight!
I switched to proper nutrition (Or okoloPP) and a calorie deficit.
Highlights of proper nutrition:
- quality products.
- food to cook, bake, braise. Enough to fry in oil pile!
- more vegetables and do not forget the protein.
- limit the bakery, confectionery.
- Down with the sugar and less salt.
2. Make friends with KBZHU!
Calculate your calories a day and eat a small deficit.
Small calorie deficit - is the path to the gradual loss of excess weight and the body's adaptation to the new weight. Less chance that the weight will come back! Of course, if you do not start a specially eats it.
In this case, you need a balance of protein - fat - carbohydrate!
3. Do not skip meals!
Ideally: breakfast - snack - depleted snack - dinner. But not everyone can afford such a regime.
So do not miss at least the main meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and let them be about the same time every day. And try to enter the snacks in your schedule. At least some fruit before lunch.
In the presence of the regime and frequent meals, our metabolism will run like clockwork and thus burn the hated fat.
4. Water.

5. Physical exercise.
Physical activity helps to cope with the plateau (where the weight stops away), support our muscles toned.
