My name is Anna, I am 37 years old (height 173 cm) and in May 2018 I have changed their way of life, has moved to about a proper diet deficient in calories and have parted with 33 kg of excess weight.
There is still a lot of work on myself, because the goal is to lose at least another 20 kilos!
Her channel I share my experience and tell about their menu every day. I did not call to do I just talk about my weight loss process!

My breakfast today is this:

It is not a beautiful sunny side turned from my 2 eggs (someone here Krivoruchko) and a sandwich with whole grain bread (30 g) and low-fat cheese (30g).

Vitamins, I drink to the new year, and green tea have finished my breakfast).

Breakfast - 410 calories.

Impact cleaning of the apartment helped burn a bunch of calories and you're ready to go!

Snack I have today an apple and a piece of chocolate 75% - 105 kcal. And a mug of green tea, which I stretched before lunch at work at the computer.

For lunch cooked buckwheat tradesmen. Well, that's what I call buckwheat on this recipe) Of course, nothing in it is not the merchant). Along with the meal I prepared for me and dinner).

Very nutritious and delicious!

Lunch was about 300 calories - a portion of 270 grams.

And for dinner I have a light soup of canned salmon with potatoes. Yes, I use canned pink salmon and eat these soups. But you, I do not force? All those who "eat right"?! And once a month to eat this soup - well, nothing did not happen).

At dinner - 240 calories.

Total 1055kkal per day.

Since dinner was at 18 o'clock, and I went to sleep after 23, in 19 hours, I allowed myself to soft cheese - 120 g - 95 kcal. The result - 1150kkal. Again a little, I confess. But here's the gorge and do not want anything else.

All day I saw my hard water norm. I drank about 3 liters.

I continue to use face cream with vitamins A and E. While the "normal flight" and I really like the results, so far no side effects have been identified.
