Many love the pasta with seafood, but do not allow it to himself, wanting to lose weight.

And I like you already knew losing weight from 132 kg, and let myself and pasta and potatoes and eat egg with yolk (What a nightmare, say ardent PPshniki!).

At the same time, with the May 2018 I lost already 32 kg.

Today I want to share a recipe for pasta with seafood from my menu.

We need:

- whole grain durum wheat pasta - not more than 40g dry for 1 portion
(You can use the pasta from spelled or just durum)
- Shrimp - 50g,
- tomatoes - 60g
- spinach - leaves 10,
- low-fat cheese - 30g
- a soft low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt - 2 tablespoons,
- a drop of olive oil
- clove of garlic salt and pepper.

When cooking, I always use non-stick frying pan.

In a frying pan add a drop! olive oil and fry the spinach with garlic and chopped tomato.

Add peeled shrimp (I had not peeled frozen shrimp, and I had them pre-pour over boiling water and cleaned).

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Then add the soft cheese (or yogurt), and then a couple of minutes over medium heat.

In parallel, the cooked pasta (40 g dry!).

Pasta al dente is desirable to have (almost dovarennye).

Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, stir a few minutes then remove from heat.

When serving sprinkle with cheese!
