As always I woke up at 6 o'clock.

Make your own breakfast. Not very useful by the standards of the most ardent PPshnikov). But I'm somewhere near the right diet, not a fanatic, I can afford to indulge).

I wanted to sandwiches with fish pate stores (but part of the normal, and that's sometimes dabble). True hlebushek wholegrain, right, (the good baked for a few days) and irreplaceable avocado. Well, it is quite to nalopatsya egg cooked. And of course the mug of green tea useful! And yes, the capsule of omega 3, as without it.

Breakfast I turned by 430 kcal.

Dinner I had a straight protein. Chicken breast stewed with vegetables - bell peppers and tomatoes with tomato paste.

Lunch - 450kkal.

And for dinner, I decided to bake yourself a casserole cottage cheese with apples and cinnamon. With a seagull - a blast).

Total 1250kkal per day.

Casserole I make on this recipe:

400 grams of cottage cheese,

2 eggs,

1 tsp cinnamon with a slide,

2 bags sahzama Fitparad,

2 apples.

Bake 40 min at 200 degrees.
