I confess, I know that water is very important in general for the body and for slimming. Well I swirled yesterday and did not drink his norm. A reminder on the phone is switched off for a long time, I'm done, I myself remember about water. Yeah... it turned out that was not done (.

Today, once again included a reminder - a drink of water). Anywhere without gadzhetov..i how we ever lived without smartphones?) I do not understand)).

On breakfastAt 8 o'clock, I had a favorite sandwiches: whole wheat bread (baked myself!) With avocado and red salted fish and 1 sandwich with a slice of cheese. Capsule omega 3. Plus a constant circle of green tea (I love Jasmine). Just breakfast left on 420 kcal.

I have a snack I am at 11 o'clock fruit: persimmon and a feijoa - all 80kkal.

Before lunch, I had time to take a stroll on business and to run to the grocery store. One and a half hours walking - minus the calories!

Dinner I was 13 hours and again ala racesolnik on chicken breast with potatoes and lentils.

Yes, the second day of pickle, but it does not bother me, I sing Day 3)) because it is tasty and I love supets). Half the country eat cooked food for several days). The photo is not visible, but I added a spoonful of sour cream 10%. And anywhere without a mug of green tea!)

Lunch came to 430 kcal.

In between the work I've done cleaning the house (minus the calories! Wonderful when 2 1 - and cleaning and slimming). Good work from home).

I had dinner in the 17-20 somewhere.

My favorite grilled chicken breast - juicy, tasty, sweet pepper, hop-suneli and a pinch of salt. And, of course, the evening can not do without vegetables. Houses have always tomatoes and bell peppers. Them and add to chicken breast. Dinner - 260 kcal.

It happened in 1190 kcal.

My rate deficit - 1300kkal. And in those days, when back to normal, I do not get, I allow myself to eat 19 hours a soft cheese 4,5% - 95kkal.

The main thing that was the last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime.

A sleep I go to 22 or a bit later.

Here is my 1300 almost typed. The diet is almost the same as yesterday, because it is designed for existing products in the home and time-saving (I cook than 1 time, but at least the day 2). Due to this my "OKOLOpravilnoe" meals also save the family budget.

I have no purpose to eat fewer calories than the currently installed norm deficit kcal. I do not try to lose weight faster. I want to lose weight permanently!
