Bob Ciorba - an indispensable attribute of the Bulgarian dinner, which in Bulgaria is usually treated on all excursions and folk gatherings. This soup is in different embodiments: lean or meat broth. And I must say that lean in their satiety, not nearly give way to that of meat. Because the bean itself - is a good source of nutrients, similar to meat products. Beans contain a lot of protein (21gr per 100g of product), trace elements and vitamins.

Despite the fact that the beans does not apply to low calorie products (about 250 calories per 100 grams), by virtue of its good digestibility - it is used in many diet foods, as well as in cooking vegetarian kitchen.

Now, as they say, close to the soup. Traditional Bob Ciorba cook without potatoes, but in most Bulgarian restaurants, and other countries - this soup is prepared with potatoes. what need soup:

*beans two types: boiled and beans (Ideally boiled beans better on their own, but I'm against this - even the couch potato)
*celery
*tomatoes
*carrot
*bulb onions
* Meat broth (I have my own meat "cube"))

Cooking: meat "cube" throws in water. If you do not have any, then brew beef broth or turkey. But again, this soup is perfect and without meat.

It should also be noted that the tomatoes in the traditional Bob chorba first scalded with boiling water, then remove the skin, and already only then - is added to the soup. But I went the easy way))

zazharku do traditionally: onions + carrots passiruem a small amount of vegetable oil, in five minutes adding tomatoes and protushivaem another five minutes. Meanwhile brew celery in the broth. While zazharki will prepare: celery that time (10 minutes) enough that it does not become porridge. Just add the broth and beans once, let boil.

Thereafter mix everything together, adding green, and black pepper give soup a little brew.

*** By the way, this soup can be boiled, in a saucepan, and in ceramic pot (pot in the oven).
