300 gr. fresh mushrooms
2 pcs. boiled potatoes
1 PC. boiled carrots
2 boiled eggs
onion (sweet salad)
green onions
vegetable oil
salt
For the filling:
150 ml mayonnaise
3 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms and onions chop, fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and cool.
2. Mix sour cream with through a press garlic and mayonnaise.
3. On a beautiful serving dish lay evenly grated potatoes. Lubricate it sauce and sprinkle with green onions rings.
4. Herring boneless cut into small cubes and put on the layer of potato.
5. Boiled eggs peel and grate on top right on the herring. Lubricate all the sauce and a little prisolit necessary.
6. Eggs neatly cooled roasted mushrooms and onions. Leveled and pour mayonnaise sauce.
7. Boiled carrots to clean, using a trowel to turn almost puree.
8. Place the carrots in the lot of the mushroom.
Lettuce decorate to your liking, you can do so drops of mayonnaise, herbs, mushrooms, etc.
