Meeting at the airport was not the best way. The first time I flew through Sunmar tour for the first time faced with the fact that the greeting guides had no plates or racks. One person summoned all: the Koran, Sunmar and other tour operators. In general, we scattered on buses. They arrived quickly, in about 40 minutes-to.
When traveling to the hotel, the neighborhood at first shocked me: the desert and all. Although, I faced with similar in Egypt and Goa, so that even the surprise was not so sharp)) The hotel itself - clean, comfortable and modern.
Conveniently located exits from all rooms to the pool.
Food. I do not know, as in other hotels, but at the Miramar Petit Palais 3 * food - above all praise. I read the reviews before the trip about this hotel, which especially praised the food. For breakfast - always an omelet, scrambled eggs, salads, milk (kefir, yogurt, milk), cereal, candy, baked goods, vegetables, sausages (not very), sausage and cheese (cheese was particularly delicious)
The dinner is served tables with tablecloths, napkins. On each table - wine is bottled. I must say that the wine in Tunisia - not quite bad. I really enjoyed the white and pink. Red - not very much ((Beer is not bad: the draft and in bottles.
At dinner - always a grill and a variety of side dishes and vegetables.
The sea in Djerba. It is gorgeous. The water is clean and clear. And even after the storm (and it was the last day of our stay) - was not much dirt, such as Goa ..
Amuse yourself there than, definitely. I seriously do not bother excursions, because the rest only 8 nights. But managed to fly in a single flight on a parachute ($ 20) and very sorry that did not take flight in the phone in a waterproof pouch, because the view from a height - just incredible !!!
Also to go on a boat trip, which promised to show the dolphins. Yes, the Dolphins were, but I was expecting something more)) And Arctic cod swam past us a couple of times)) Topics not least - the atmosphere on the walk was excellent: a lot of people do not (5-6 people), nice music, nice sea. The sand on the beaches of Djerba is different. There are places where it looks like our Anapa)) But for the most part - a chic and delicate.
Fruit. The hotel has always been fruit: watermelon, cantaloupe, plums, grapes.

People in Tunisia affable, friendly and not intrusive. Unlike Turkey - here people are not spoiled by tourists and more respectful to all guests.
