Fresh salad with chicken and pineapple, which has become my favorite. I think that'll cook it on New Year's table, because it is festive, delicious, original and like everyone who has tried it. I am sure that you, too, to vote, so write down the recipe!
Preparation:
Onions 2 pieces cut into cubes or quarter-rings and fry in butter or vegetable oil (I like in butter, taste turns more tender).
Mix fried onions, mayonnaise and smoked chicken, cut into pieces. I usually take one chicken breast, but you can use smoked thigh. Also smoked chicken can be substituted for boiled or baked in the oven.
Then grate 2 boiled carrots, rub 3-4 boiled eggs, and mix carrots and eggs. They also add a little mayonnaise.
Next, rub on a grater 150 g any hard cheese, cut into cubes, canned pineapples - they will need for the salad is one of the bank.
Cheese is also necessary to mix with mayonnaise. You can add to the cheese, canned pineapple and mix all together. I do differently: sometimes confusing, sometimes they go in my different layers. But it turns out delicious anyway :))))
100g chopped walnuts knife in the crumb. And now we just have to gather our salad layers:
Layer 1 - chicken and onion
Layer 2 - carrots with eggs
Layer 3 - Cheese
Layer 4 - Pineapples (or 3 and 4, the layer may be combined as I wrote above)
Layer 5 - walnuts
Top decorate the salad with a sprig of dill or parsley can polhode top few slices of pineapple. Harvesting in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to salad soaked. It turns out very tasty! Bon appetit, my friends!
