Ingredients:

meat

beef liver
butter
salt

water

To do this, take a good chunk of pate of pork, with a minimal amount of fat. We will need 200-250 grams.

Add salt to taste, pepper and a little water. Simmer meat with vegetables until tender, about 40 minutes. By the way, you can bake in the oven, it is also very tasty.

Separately fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil 250 g beef liver. It is not necessary to add salt, otherwise the liver will be tough.
