I want to share with you today my culinary life hacking cheese. I hope someone will be useful to it and you will also use this method.

So, tell me what is the essence. It often happens that in the refrigerator cheese is usually a small piece that is already there for several days.

There it would not be desirable, usually at this point in the refrigerator there is a fresh piece of cheese, and old leaves in the trash because it is already beginning to dry up. Some did, and these pieces are in the refrigerator so long, covered with mold, and then, too, are flying in the trash.

I offer to "save" these remnants of cheese and freeze. You can, of course, just to put the pieces of cheese in the freezer, and then use as needed. But I suggest even more convenient way.

Thus, the remnants of cheese grate and add up in a plastic bag. We send in the freezer. Once you have a another piece of cheese that does not want to have in the coming days - also rub in the same bag of luggage.

Then, when you need shredded cheese for cooking some meals (pizza, cheese sauce, cheese cakes or buns - does not matter), you simply take the grated cheese from the freezer. It is very comfortable!

Since the cheese is already waxed, you do not spend their time. He is very easily taken and crumbles, because during freezing does not turn into one lump. In cooking frozen cheese is not inferior to fresh.
