Yesterday was preparing this sauce to the potatoes and decided to share the recipe with you. This is a very simple sauce and budget - all of the products are very cheap. The first time I cooked it, a surprise visit - and all my sauce very much! So take a prescription note.
Ingredients:
processed cheese
Milk
Vegetable oil
Butter
Bulb onions
Pepper
Greens
*Lemon juice
And now he is cooking process. So, we need one small onion. We cut it very finely and fry slightly in butter. Many do not take a bow, if the bulb is large, then it will be enough half.
Now we need the 250 processed soft cheese. Mix it with 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Ingredients stir well and slightly heated - as a homogeneous mass. Strongly do not need to heat, the sauce should be warm but not too hot.
Add to it the fried onion in butter oil, optional add fresh herbs and mix. You can use a mixer or blender, the sauce has become even more homogeneous.
In the original recipe, in which I am preparing, should be added at the end of 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I did not add, I do not like the acidity in this sauce, but you keep in mind that this ingredient there should be. And to add or not - decide for yourself.
A couple of times I tried to add another clove of garlic. Overall, not bad, but you can also experiment.
Ready sauce to serve hot potatoes or pasta, pour it very tasty boiled potatoes. Yum, how delicious! Bon appetit, my dear!
