Delicious cabbage with beets, from which all my family crazy. I cook all the time, my husband is ready to eat the whole jar at once:) I'm sure you will like it too, so I recommend to write down the recipe, it is useful!

Ingredients:

cabbage
beet
carrot
garlic
salt
sugar
vinegar
vegetable oil
pepper
Bay leaf

Immediately small note: in this recipe I indicated proportions per 3 liter jar.

So, we need 2 kg of cabbage. Cut its squares about the size of 3-4 cm. Slaw strips do not need!

But the carrot we just need to chop into fine strips. One carrot would be enough.

Beets are also cut into strips or small cubes - as you wish. Beet take 2 pieces of medium size.

Shred 4-5 cloves of garlic. I advise him to cut, rather than pass through the press - so it will taste better.

Puts layers of vegetables in a jar, with rammed them. I stacked in the following order: cabbage, carrots, beets, garlic, and then repeat until you run out of ingredients.

Prepare the marinade. The pour pot 1.1 liter of water, add 1-2 bay leaves, black pepper 5 peas, 2 tablespoons of salt, 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Once marinade boils, and the salt and sugar dissolve - remove from the plate, remove the bay leaf and pouring 150 ml of 9% vinegar.

Hot marinade pour vegetables. Top pour further 2 tablespoons butter and leave at room temperature to cool. Then remove in a refrigerator for 12 hours or more. Delicious pickled cabbage with beets ready :) Bon appetit, my friends!
