Salad with zucchini in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

2 kg zucchini
1 kg of tomatoes
3 pcs. onions
5 pieces. bell pepper
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp. l. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
200 gr. tomato paste
0.5% vinegar cup 9
1 h. l. ground black pepper
5 peas allspice
Bay leaf
1 L of water

Preparation:
1.Vegetables Wash, peel and cut into cubes.
2. Mix tomato paste with water and bring to boil.
3. In the boiling sauce to put vegetables, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Pour sugar, salt, spices, add vegetable oil, mix well and cook for another 20 minutes.
5. At the end of cooking, pour the vinegar and cook another couple of minutes.
Ready salad expanded in hot sterilized jars and roll up.

Cauliflower salad in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

1.5 kg cauliflower
1 kg of tomatoes
1.5 kg of paprika
2 heads of garlic
2 parsley
100 gr. Sahara
60 gr. salt
200 ml of vegetable oil
150 ml of 9% vinegar
1 h. l. black peppercorns
10 peas allspice
4 bay leaves
2 pcs. carnations

Preparation:

1.Cauliflower into florets disassembled, thoroughly washed and Insect boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. The water is then drained and cool cabbage.
3. Bulgarian pepper to clean from the seeds and cut into strips.
4. Tomatoes through a meat grinder or chop the blender, removing the stalk.
5. Vegetables mix in a large saucepan.
6. Add chopped garlic and parsley. Pour the oil, salt and sugar.
7. Bring the mixture to reflux vegetable simmered.
8. Pour all the spices and cauliflower, mix gently.
9. Cook salad 25 minutes.
10. Hot salad decomposed into sterilized jars and roll up.

Salad with eggplant in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

3 kg eggplant
5 pieces. bell pepper
1 cup of sugar
2 heads of garlic
0.5 liters vegetable oil
3 kg of tomatoes
2 pcs. hot pepper
100 ml of 9% vinegar
1 tbsp. l. salt
Article 1.5. l. Sahara
1 h. l. allspice

Preparation:

1. All vegetables, except for eggplant, mince garlic and herbs.
2. Pour the vegetable mass in a pan and boil.
3. Eggplant wash and cut into thin slices or polukruzhochkami.
4. Share eggplant in boiling tomato mass and simmer for 25 minutes. 5. Add spices and vinegar.
5. Hot salad decomposed on a pre-prepared sterile jars and immediately roll.
