Preparation:
400g finely cut cabbage and fill it with boiling water. If cabbage is hard, it is possible to gently boil. Separately, cook until half cooked rice 100g.
Now, take 500g of minced meat, add to it a chopped onion, rice, cabbage, 1 egg, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Form the balls, like meatballs and spread in a baking dish greased with oil. We send in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Temperature is set to 180 degrees.
While our lazy cabbage rolls are prepared, let us sauce. In vegetable oil fry one grated carrot, one onion, garlic clove. Salt and pepper to taste. After 5 minutes, add 500ml of tomato juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, 0.5 teaspoon salt. Pepper to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Now we take 200ml water, add 2 tablespoons of cream, stir and pour to the sauce. Add the bay leaf and stew for 5 minutes.
