Well, friends, we continue the theme of domestic preparations for the winter. Today, I will share a recipe salad that found in the old Soviet newspaper. It's called "All the ten" - it is for so many pieces you need to take each ingredient.
Preparation:
We need the following vegetables: eggplant, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers. Each vegetable take 10 pieces - hence the name. Also take 10 cloves of garlic.
Eggplants and tomatoes cut into cubes, pepper strips, onion half rings shinkuem. Finely chop the garlic.
Vegetables add together in a suitable container, add 1 cup of vegetable oil, sugar glass floor and 1 cup of 9% vinegar. Simmer all together on low heat for 20 minutes after boiling.
Please note: no salt added! This is the recipe was printed in that old newspaper. But I put salt to taste during the quenching time, about 2 tablespoons (you need to try, because the amount of salt depends on the size of vegetables).
