Also, prepare the vegetables: finely nashinkuem one medium onion, grate one carrot, cut the potatoes into cubes of 2-3. Salted (or pickles), rub on a grater. 2-3 medium cucumbers will be enough.
Thus, the broth is ready, remove the meat and lay in pan barley. The water in which it is soaked, drained. After 7-10 minutes, put the potatoes. Meat is detachable from the bones, cut into pieces and send back into the pan.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes fried onions and carrots, cucumbers and then add tomato paste. I sometimes right in zazharku add a little finely chopped greens. Fried all together a few minutes, then add one or two carcass broth ladle and 5 minutes.
