In the season of fresh vegetables, I often do this quick casserole of zucchini, tomatoes and cheese. Simple, fast, delicious. And low calorie, so the recipe is suitable for those who lose weight.
Ingredients:
courgettes - 2 pcs
tomatoes - 2 pcs
cheese (preferably take the one that melts well) - 40-50 g
salt
pepper
garlic
vegetable oil for lubrication form
STEP 1
Zucchini and tomatoes cut into slices. Zucchini salt and pepper to taste, add a bit of garlic and spread in baking dish or pan. The bottom of the pre-form lubricates oil. Bake in oven zucchini 7 minutes (t 180 degrees)
STEP 2
Now take out the form and spread to squash the tomatoes. They put or just above, or alternate with zucchini, as in the photo. Again bake about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Sprinkle vegetables with grated cheese, it is possible some seasoning to add, and then send it in the oven. After 3-5 minutes, the cheese melted, and our casserole is ready. Upon request from the top you can sprinkle with herbs.
