Meat nests with cheese stuffing. Tastier than the usual burgers

Want a recipe of delicious meat dishes that can be prepared for dinner on holiday table file? Then I tell how to cook meat nests with soft cheese and cream filling.

What is needed:

Minced chicken - 300g
Minced pork - 700 g
Onion - 1 pc
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs
Bread or loaf - 1-2 slices
Sour cream - 200 g
Cheese - 150 c
Salt to taste
Peppers (spices) to taste
Herbs to taste
garlic to taste
Vegetable oil

STEP 1

Mix in a bowl, chicken and pork mince, adding salt and pepper (spices), ground onions. Also put the loaf or bread, which had previously been soaked for 5-10 minutes in milk.

STEP 2

From the resulting minced wet hands form a bead size of the average apple and spread on a tray or in a baking dish (bottom grease). Then in the ball recess to get a "nest".

STEP 3

Prepare the filling. Mix the grated cheese, sour cream, eggs, greens. On request we add a clove of garlic.

STEP 4

Fill the resulting stuffing our nest meat and put in a preheated oven. By the way, I am sometimes a little extra on top of cheese sprinkle, but it is not mandatory.

STEP 5

Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
