Milk - 300ml
flour - 250g

Before you cook the pancakes, I recommend to skip the cottage cheese through a sieve (2 times) so that it is uniform and dough obtained without lumps. You can also skip the cheese through a meat grinder or try to make it uniform with the help of a fork.

So, mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and whisk until smooth. Add the milk and cheese. Carefully stir. Then the dough is flour mixed with baking powder.
