I often cook soup, because the fish just love in any form. I cook almost any species of fish, and my budget recipe today. Wuhu will prepare pollock and mackerel.
Preparation:
For some time I pick up in the freezer tails of pollock, and periodically put one or two slices of fillet. When it accumulates about 10 tails and filet 4-5 loci, I prepare soup.
Boil first fish broth. Our fish fill preform 3 liters of water, put 5-6 peas black pepper, one middle bulb (not need to cut, put entirely) and boil for 30-40 minutes. Boiling do not forget to remove the scum! For 5-7 minutes until cooked add the bay leaf.
Now we filter the broth, apportion fillets from the bones and put it back into the broth. Add one carrot, diced 3 potatoes, diced, too, as well as 3-4 tablespoons of millet - depending on what you like soup - thick or not. Since fish lean add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cook soup for 20 minutes - until tender vegetables and wheat. When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Ear get a very fragrant and tasty! Bon Appetit!
