I love to bake the fish in the oven. In my opinion, as it turns out much tastier than fried in a pan. Today we will prepare pollock, baked with vegetable fur.

Preparation:

Season with salt fish and pepper to taste, and leave it in this form for 10-15 minutes.

We are now ready to "coat". Rub on a grater one carrot, one onion finely cut, cut into small cubes one medium tomato. Add some fresh or dried herbs. Salt, pepper and add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Grate 50g any hard cheese. All the mix.
