In my piggy recipes cakes have one ancient recipe. Its peculiarity is that the dough is kneaded for a cake fairly liquid. I am telling you how to cook a cake.

Preparation:

One liter of milk must be heated slightly (to about 40 degrees) and diluted therein 100 g of fresh yeast. They can also be replaced with dry yeast. We will need two bags (or 22 g).

Now pour in the milk with yeast, 1 kg of flour, knead the dough and leave it for an hour in a warm place. During this time the dough should be well up.

Further simmered drown butter. We need 2 cups of melted butter. Beat 20 egg yolks and 1 cup sugar. If you like sweet cakes, put a little more sugar.

Add the oil to the dough, the egg mixture, sex teaspoon salt, vanilla to taste and 1 kg of flour. We should get the batter. Consistency it will be slightly thicker than the dough for pancakes. Optionally, the dough put the raisins, candied fruit and nuts.

Spread the dough on formochkam, after brushing their little oil and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. Bake cakes in a preheated oven to 160 degrees, then decorate.
