Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 172 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment57kg.

All go on about a calorie deficit. And what does it mean?

In fact - it's simple.

There, each of us has its own calories, which is easy to calculate (on the Internet there are many sites with a formula calculation, it is only necessary to specify its parameters).

Calories depends on our weight, height, age and physical activity and the need to ensure the normal functioning of the body. As soon as we have more than we need - the body postpones surplus to the reserve (fat).

But if we have less than its normal (calorie deficit), and to expend energy to additional physical activity, the body will draw energy from their reserves. It's simple. Create only a 15-20% shortage of calories and losing weight.

Tell us about your daily menu.

For breakfast, I have today sandwiches on home wholemeal bread (65 g) with cheese (35 grams) and fish paste (40 g). Sandwiches eaten by green tea with jasmine. I drank vitamins and omega-3.

Breakfast came on 410 kcal.

I recall that whole wheat bread - it's the same complex / slow carbohydrates, which are needed by the body.

And I do not understand the opinion that in the morning to eat porridge, even if they can not stand. I habitually sandwiches (fast, nourishing, tasty - what else is needed in the morning). Throughout his diet I eat sandwiches on whole grain bread and it does not hurt me to lose weight.

Closer to the New Year holidays, the work becomes me less. But while the work is still there, and so I have a snack as usual was at work.

At the snack I have cottage cheese and peach gratin (155 g) with green tea.

Snack left on 230 kcal.

I ate half casseroles esch yesterday and today, "the remnants of sweet."

Apparently the New Year holidays all decided to make a new hairstyle and put himself in order. I too one of them.

I keep drinking regime. As no surprise to many, but once in my life came the water - swelling had gone down. I had forgotten that this will not fasten the boots in the evening. And the experience of subscribers, who began to drink water - confirms this.

The water I drink on an empty stomach and before each meal - a glass. And then gets its rate (30 ml per 1 kg body weight) during the day if desired.
