Our family just love jelly. I cook it often, so I checked the recipe for years. Aspic always turns out very tasty and appetizing. You will just love it!
Preparation:
Take two pig's trotters and carefully them mine. I usually use for this metal-mesh sponge. Fold legs into a large pot, fill with water.
Pour water so that it covers the legs 5 centimeters. Add salt to taste, one large onion whole, one carrot (cut it into 2-3 pieces), a few peas allspice.
Cook for 4-5 hours leg. Then filter the broth, and the legs disassemble, separate the meat from the bones.
Next, finely chop the meat, skin and fat, send in the broth. There also add 5-6 crushed cloves of garlic (can be more or less, to your taste).
All the mix, poured into molds. I use ordinary plastic containers - they are then cut into convenient. We send the jelly in the refrigerator.
it is not necessary to add the gelatin! Aspic and so hardens to the desired consistency. It turns out very, very tasty! Try it!
