One of the favorite dishes in our family - a potato-accordion, stuffed with bacon. It's just indescribable taste and flavor! Resist such delicious potatoes simply impossible. I'm sure you will enjoy this dish, too! Write down the recipe!
Preparation:
Take potatoes elongated shape and notched along the entire length at a distance of about 5 mm. An incision is made deep enough, but not so much that the potato could easily break apart.
Now rub the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste, and insert cuts thin slices of bacon. You can also alternate: a slice of bacon and a slice of mushroom. It turns out very tasty, too!
Then sprinkle your favorite spices, dried herbs, garlic and wrap in foil.
You can individually wrap each potato, and you can put them all together. I usually do not bother and put together all the potatoes immediately.
Bake in the oven for about an hour. Potatoes obtained simply incredible! We usually eat it with vegetable salad.
