Burn! I share a great recipe. Vegetables, without exception, are obtained very tasty. And then the brine is very pleasant to the taste. You can drink, or add it to the pickle.

Ingredients in 3-liter jar:

1.5 kg of cucumbers

1 kg of tomatoes
2 peppers
onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 umbrella dill
3 sprigs parsley
2 bay leaves
horseradish sheet or a small piece of root
7 peas of black pepper
3 pea allspice

1 tbsp. l. salts with slide

2 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar

5 Art. l. Sahara

Preparation:


1. Banks are carefully cleaned and sterilized. Covers boil.
2. Tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers washed.

3. Pepper cleaned thoroughly from the seeds to more than one seed did not get to the bank, or "explode." Cut the peppers into 4 pieces. Better use of colored bell peppers - in the banks it will look beautiful.

4. Cucumbers soak for several hours.
5. Onions clean, wash and cut into thick rings.
6. Garlic clean.

7. Also wash umbrellas dill and parsley sprigs.

8. Lay the prepared banks: onion, bell pepper, horseradish, laurel leaf, green part and garlic cloves.
Further, in a jar to put cucumbers, sweet peppers and tomatoes.

9. Pour into a jar salt and sugar.

10. Pour boiling water over the vegetables, a metal lid cover.

11. After 15 minutes, drain the water into the pan, put on fire the maximum, and the banks at this time to cover the same with metal lids.

12. When the water boils again, pour it on the banks and leave for another 15 minutes.
13. Then again drained again and brought to a boil.
During the boil and drain the brine evaporates a little, so it will need to pour a little boiling water.

14. Pour the brine for the third time, add the vinegar.
Immediately tighten the lids and wrap a blanket. Leave on for 3 days. You can then rearrange the banks in place for permanent storage.
