Unreal tasty appetizer of beet and onion! Ostrenkoe, spicy, impossible to refuse! I cook for my husband all the time, he loved it! I share the recipe, I think you also have to taste.

The ingredients that we need:
Beetroot - 500g
Onions (major) - 1 pc
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper and red, cloves - to taste (or seasoning for Korean carrot)
Vegetable oil

Raw beets rub on a grater for Korean carrot. Add the sugar, salt and vinegar. Stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.

While beets marinated, onions cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Oil will need about 3-4 tablespoons.

Fried onions add to the beets. Oil does not merge, add it to a salad, too. Then put the chopped garlic, spices. You can not bother with spices and put ready-made seasoning for Korean carrot. Personally, I often do.
