These cucumbers, like all fans of sharp little pieces. And in the winter they will be just like hot cakes! Proven!
Ingredients:
3.5 kg of small cucumbers
8 glasses of water
1 tbsp. Sahara
2 tbsp. l. salts with slide
10 Art. l. chili ketchup
1 cup vinegar 6% bell pepper (3-4 peas 1 jar)
clove buds, 1-2 pcs. on the jar
Preparation:
1. Cucumbers wash and then a soak for 3-5 hours in very cold water.
2. Banks sterilize and dry. Covers boil.
3. In liter or 0.5 liter cans put pepper and clove.
4. Fill jars cucumbers, better vertically and as closely as possible.
5. Boil water marinade. Pour into it salt, sugar.
Add a sharp chili ketchup. And in the end pour the vinegar. You can use apple cider or plain table.
Pour the hot marinade over the banks with cucumbers at the top.
7. Cover jars with lids and put on sterilized in a large pot.
Small Banks 0.5 liters sterilized for about 10 minutes after boiling water. A 1 liter jars - 15-20 minutes.
If you are comfortable and accustomed to be sterilized in the oven - you can do as best he can. Then, a little do not add up to the top of the marinade, so it does not "run away" from the cans.
8. Ready cucumbers removed from the tank for sterilization or out of the oven and immediately roll covers.
Turn jars upside down and wrap blanket.
Once cool cucumber - can be removed for storage.
Well kept such blanks in a normal apartment, the main thing is not near heat sources.
And these pickles are good with potatoes or under a glass!!! Lovely!
