butter - 100g
water - 100ml
herbs to taste
pepper to taste

Ingredients for the dough:

flour - 3 cups
water - 3/4 cup
egg yolk - 1 pc
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
vegetable oil - 1/3 cup

First, prepare the dough. We put the beaker egg yolk, add water, stir and pour into a bowl with flour. Add salt, slightly mix to the water absorbed and pour vegetable oil. Thoroughly knead the dough, place it in a bag and put them in the fridge for 30-40 crumple.

Now for the filling. Finely cut onions, herbs and add to ground beef. Salt, pepper to taste, add cold water.

Lepim pasties: roll out of a small piece of dough circle on one half put the stuffing of minced meat, on top of a piece of butter. Very good fastening edge, so that nothing fell apart when frying.
