This salad is my "daily". I cook it on weekdays for dinner. But in principle it is possible to cook on holiday, if you want. The recipe is very simple, write what ingredients are needed:
Cabbage
Crab sticks
Canned corn
Dill
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise or yogurt / sour cream for the filling
Preparation:
Shinkuem 250 g fresh cabbage. Sprinkle it with salt and click hands until the juice.
Now add the crab sticks - one package. Cut sticks straw - like cabbage.
Next ingredient - sweet canned corn. With crab sticks it just perfectly, so common in almost every crab salad. Corn will need 200g.
Now we shinkuem small bunch of dill, add salt and pepper to taste and dressed with mayonnaise or salad with natural yoghurt.
In principle, it is possible to complete the preparation of salad. And you can add another small fresh cucumber. I like this salad as a cucumber, and without it. That's all!
