We need the following ingredients:

Chicken - Bird 1
Italian herbs - 1 tsp
spices for chicken - to taste
Brandy - 50 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Cooking process:

In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper and Italian herbs. On request we add any spices and seasonings to your taste. Pour in the brandy spices, stir.

Chicken wash and dry them with a paper towel.

Get cognac marinade chicken daubed on top and inside the carcass to leave 1 hour marinate.
