As you know, I just love to fish! One of the favorite dishes in our family - it's oven-baked fish. Today will tell you how very tasty and quick to cook mackerel with potatoes.

Preparation:

We start with the fish. Take mackerel, cut off heads and tails, eviscerated and thoroughly washed inside and out. Rub the fish with salt and black pepper. We put aside.

Now, cut into cubes or slices / slices potatoes. Shinkuem also one middle onion. Mix in a bowl, potato, onion, salt, and particulate (or dried) garlic.

Next, take the package for baking and lay out all the ingredients: fish, potatoes and onions evenly distribute everything. Sometimes I would further add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. You can try different vegetables, so do not be afraid to experiment.

And now my life hacking: mackerel put on small pieces of butter. So the fish will not be dry. Tying package, we do it a few punctures, so that the steam can escape.
