Green beans with carrots in Korean

Ingredients:

300 gr. green beans
carrot
salt
0.5 hours. l. Sahara
3 garlic cloves
1 h. l. ground paprika
0.5 hours. l. ground coriander
1 h. l. herbs
ground pepper
1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
Article 0.5. l. 9% vinegar
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Beans bust, cut the hard part. Cut the pods in half or into 2-3 pieces.

2. Boil 1 liter water podsolit.

3. Lower beans salted in boiling water for 5 minutes, then discard in a colander and cool in ice water.
4. Grate the carrots on a grater, it is better with a nozzle for Korean carrot.

5. Put the beans and carrots in a bowl and mix with the salt and sugar.

6. Add passed through a press garlic, ground paprika and coriander.

Season with herbs and pepper. Stir, pour soy sauce and vinegar.

7. In a frying pan heat the oil and season them salad. Remove dish in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours, so that it is soaked.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.

Green beans in tomato sauce with feta

Ingredients:

400 gr. green beans
200 gr. feta cheese
onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt
2 pinches of sugar
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
3 ripe tomatoes or a small can of tomatoes in their own juice
2 hours. l. dry herbs
black pepper
parsley

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into small cubes and place in a pan with hot oil.
Stir fry over medium heat until golden brown.

2. Garlic slice and add to the onions. Add salt and season with 1 pinch of sugar and cook a few more minutes.

3. Put in a pan prepared green beans, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Fill the dish of tomato paste and leave on the heat for another 2 minutes.

5. Tomatoes are washed and cut into pieces, to shift to the beans and bring to boiling dish.

6. A semi-bean herb seasoning to taste with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

7. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 10-15 minutes until tender beans.

8. Serve hot on a large serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley and small cubes of feta.
