Ingredients
- 3-4 medium tomatoes
- 1-2 onions (better than red)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic

- 0.5 tsp dry basil
- 0.25 tsp hot red ground pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp honey
Steps
We prepare everything for the salad, wash the tomatoes, peel the onions and garlic.
We fill by mixing all the ingredients.
Cut tomatoes into rings, onion into half rings, garlic into slices.
In a jar or container, with a well-closing lid, lay in layers - tomato, garlic, onion, and so on until the end.
Fill with the fill, close the lid, gently turn the jar (do not shake) thereby allowing the fill to penetrate everywhere.
We put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (the longer it costs, the tastier) and during this time periodically we twist the jar (the tomatoes will give juice and it will sink to the bottom).
Serve with meat, poultry.
