Salad "Forest Meadow". Serious competitor usual "Olivier"

Admin

This salad we cook for every family occasion and he never "survive" until the end of a feast! Delicious, rich, and beautiful salad. Cooking is not hard and fast.

I collect the lettuce in the ring by baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm. The first layer of boiled potato leaves. It must grate on top and make the mesh of the mayonnaise.

Next to the salad leaves rubbed on a coarse grater eggs and the same mesh of mayonnaise.

Then, if you wish, you can add finely diced cucumber peeled. He will give a juicy salad, but you can skip this step.

Next layer - ham. I cut it into strips and send in a salad. Top back mesh mayonnaise.

Now there are two options. My mom makes this salad with marinated mushrooms, I prefer pickled mushrooms. Here a matter of taste. Decorate the salad can be as desired, but the green is required.

Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 2 pc
Boiled eggs 4 pc
Ham 200-250 grams
150-200 grams of pickled mushrooms
Greens
4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
