At this time I had another beef, 2/3 of which was beef and 1/3 of the pork. In the same way as in the past, I replaced the bread on crushed oatmeal, it makes the burgers a little easier and more useful.

But the ingredient that makes minced meat juicier and softer this time is zucchini. It together with onions, I chop with a blender and add the minced meat.
