Today, I am preparing a salad of cabbage, and as it turned out... For me it's a simple salad, without a name, and abroad, in America, it's called Cole Slaw (Cole Slaw). Something like that... But, it's just a name, but in fact - it's very tasty, "convenient" salad, which can be fed as a supplement to meat, fish. Or use as a filling for home cooking burgers, shawarma. I love this salad.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

Cabbage - 200 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1/2 pcs.
Salt - 2 tickling
For the filling:
Sour cream (or mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, even yogurt) - 1 tbsp. l.
Russian Mustard - 1/2 hours. l.
Apple vinegar - 1 hour. l.
Ground black pepper - to taste
And sugar - 1 pinch

Cabbage salad be finely chop, put them into a bowl, add a few pinches of salt and mash your hands a little. Cabbage should not become too soft, as soon as the moisture - enough.

Then add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and the onions, sliced ​​very thinly quarter \ rings.

And now we do refueling - to add sour cream apple cider vinegar, mustard, black pepper, sugar and mix everything.

Add the dressing to the salad mix. And at this stage - try, maybe you need to add a little more salt. Salad ready! Try.
