Today, here in Yandex Lenta Zen, one of the author liked the recipe "unusual burgers" - a writer, I will tell you, is very good, and the recipes in his class! But, it's the recipe I was a little disappointed... No no!!! In fact, all very tasty, BUT... This I will write after the recipe!

Ingredients for cooking (their proportion):

Meat or ready-made mince - 500 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

For the batter (batter recipe of your own):
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Disintegrant - 1 hr. l.
Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
