Pancakes with cabbage filling

Ingredients:

2.5-3 cup flour
1 cup of yogurt

1 egg
1 h. l. baking powder
250 gr. cabbage
carrot
vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Shred the cabbage finely and lightly grind hands.

Carrots grate.

2. Extinguish cabbage and carrot in vegetable oil until soft.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Cool.

3. Egg whisk with a pinch of salt.

4. Warm kefir pour into the egg mixture.
Add baking powder and mix it all.

5. Gradually, add the parts sifted flour and beat with a whisk dough.
It should have a sufficiently thick as the usual pancakes.

6. Pan greased and escalate over medium heat.

Spoon to spread the batter into the pan.
On top of the dough spoon cabbage stuffing and cover the second test spoon again.
Fry the pancakes on the one hand and a lid cover for 2 minutes.

7. Then you need to remove the lid and turn the pancake.

The second time to cover the lid is not necessary.

8. These are obtained fritter-cakes with cabbage when ready.
