I hope you had a good summer days and even allowed themselves, like me, a small load with kebabs or other sweets.
For those who have been on a calorie deficit for a long time, this is a must.
Let the body understand that they are not going to limit it forever and keep it on a calorie deficit, and then it will give its reserves with renewed vigor
Our body is a complex mechanism and very quickly adapts to new conditions if it is kept for a long time at low the amount of food, he will soon adapt to less energy, reduce energy costs for certain processes in organism. Having adapted, it will stop giving up excess weight. Surprise your body!
I'll turn to my menu for the day.
For breakfast today I cooked myself an omelet, but not the usual one, but a variation of the famous Azerbaijani dish with a funny name.
Of course, my cooking option is far from the original, but it was delicious and satisfying for a long time.
So, breakfast - scrambled eggs (from 2 eggs) with soft cottage cheese (50 g), herbs (50 g), sprinkled with 30 g of cheese when serving.
It turned out breakfast for 365 kcal.
By the weekend I ordered fruits and vegetables and today I have strawberries for a snack (about 600 g) - 250 kcal.
Of course, I ate this amount of berries during the day, I didnโt manage to eat everything at once for a snack.
The strawberry season will soon pass, I want to feast on my favorite berry as much as possible. We do not have a summer residence, so we can only enjoy purchased goods.
We spent the first half of the day at home. I just went out for groceries - they brought cod. It's windy and cold outside - I don't even want to walk in this weather - so we decided to sit at home, relax, watch movies, and in the evening, weather permitting, go for a walk around Moscow.
I still had chicken thighs, stewed with vegetables and a little buckwheat - I finished all this for lunch.
I had a fairly high-calorie lunch, because I had to finish my thighs (there are three things left) and leave one of them well - "neither here nor there."
Lunch - 80 g of boiled buckwheat and 250 g of chicken thigh, stewed with vegetables - 520 kcal.
It seems that there is nothing and nothing, everything fit on a small plate, but due to the fact that the thighs themselves are high in calories - such a high calorie dinner came out.
Fried cod for dinner. I decided not to bother and fry the fish in a greased frying pan without breading. I haven't eaten fried fish for a long time, but I'm already tired of stewed and baked fish.
Dinner - 200 g of fried cod, a piece of bread that I dried in a pan (25 g) and a tomato (100 g) - 325 kcal.
In total, 1460 kcal were obtained in a day.
Iโm not going to start eating 1400 kcal on a regular basis, as I wanted. So I apparently liked it at the increased calorie intake for me, that I donโt want to go to lose weight again, although I understand that itโs time already.
I promise first of all to myself, to pull myself together!
And in addition to the article. All the same, we got out for an evening walk - the weather pleased us, in the evening it was even sunny.
We visited VDNKh, Red Square, Chistye Prudy and Vorobyovy Gory.
Our favorite place for walks is VDNKh. How long have we been there! It is a pity that the park was closed during the flowering of tulips and lilacs. But I hope that we will not miss peonies and roses and I will definitely share the beauty with you!
