For the dough will need:

a cup of yogurt
Bundle butter (170-180 g)
One egg
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon baking powder
And somewhere in the 500-550 grams of flour
For filling:
A pound of ground beef
2 small onions
2-3 potato tuber
Spices, salt to taste

To prepare the dough in the bowl sift flour, adding salt (small), baking powder, put the soft butter and rub hands into crumbs.

... and knead the dough. The dough should get soft and not sticky. If it is torn, it means too much flour, then you can add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt, it will make the dough more homogeneous.

For the filling I mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions and potatoes, cut into small cubes, add only salt and black pepper. Although you can add herbs and some spices.

And proceed to the modeling of the pies. Divide the dough into small pieces of 45-50 grams in weight, each piece rolled into a flat cake, giving slightly oblong shape. In the middle of the spread filling on the sides make the cut with a knife, an equal amount on both sides.

Then tuck top portion and intertwined \ braid side panels.

The lower part slightly pulled apart and wrapped around the pie, edge fastening.
