This recipe can be attributed more to the "children's snacks" although my husband liked it too... Done very quickly, not troublesome, the children love it. Recipe "fried milk" found on the Internet somewhere 3 weeks ago, and then prepare it for the first time - this time made minor changes, simplify! Prepared by the "fundamentals" - take, well, a maximum of 10 minutes. And then it will only have to wait until it's all cool and fry.
To prepare you need:
Half a liter of milk
One egg
Sugar to taste (1 st. l. to 4)
Starch (maize, potato) or ordinary flour (60-65g)
A pinch of salt
Vanilla to taste
For frying and the batter:
One egg
A pinch of salt
Flour and vegetable oil for frying
What do we do first? Milk is necessary to pour a small metal pan and put to warm, thus must first cast the total amount of milk approximately 50 ml in any cup.
While the milk heats up, take any bowl break an egg into it, put the sugar, starch, vanilla and salt, whisk begin to stir...
Gradually pour in the milk left. Should get a uniform, lump-free egg-milk mixture.
At this point, the milk on the stove is enough to warm up well. Take a small ladle and begin to slowly pour the hot milk into the egg-milk mixture, while still actively mix. Enough 3 ladles of hot milk or half and on the contrary the egg-milk mixture is poured into a pot of hot milk, while also actively mix everything. Put the pan back on the contents of a small fire and cook the cream. It will take 3 minutes, no more... And, of course, do not forget to mix with the cooking cream, not burnt and to avoid lumps.
Now take some (preferably a glass or ceramic) to form the baking, grease inside butter and spread it in hot custard, flatten. Top camouflage cling film, at first allowed to cool to room temperature and then remove an hour in the refrigerator.
An hour later form a custard We reach, turn over the form on the cutting board, spread the cream. And cut into pieces a la carte, it can be triangles, squares or wedges, but only smaller.
Further in one bowl pour the flour into another bowl break the egg, add a pinch of salt and whisk - a batter. Cut pieces of custard dipped first in flour, then in egg, then again in flour and fry them in a little oil on all sides until golden.
Ready "fried milk" rolled in sugar mixed with cinnamon and eat only in warm or cooled down form. The hot it is impossible to eat too hot!
