Hash: kefir, kvass and mineral water

Okroshka on kefir


Ingredients:

1 l kefir
0.5 l of water
200 gr. sausage
2 cucumbers
4 boiled eggs
dill and onion
2 pcs. boiled potatoes

salt
mustard to taste

Preparation:

Green onions and dill chopped and lightly rubbed with salt to highlight the juice.
Also chop the diced sausage, cucumber, eggs and potatoes. If desired, grate radishes. Put everything in a pot.
Pour kefir and cold water.
Salt, add to the severity of the mustard.

Okroshka on kvass

Ingredients:

2L kvass
3 pcs. boiled potatoes
300 gr. sausage
3 boiled eggs
2 cucumbers
6 pcs. radish
3 tbsp. l. sour cream
green onions and fennel
salt

Preparation:

Potatoes cut into medium-sized cubes.
Doctoral or other minced cooked sausage into slices of about the same size as the potato.
Eggs chop or grate.
Slice the cucumbers.
Radish wash and chop the slices.
Chop green onions and dill.
In a deep bowl to lay out all the prepared ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.
Pour kvas. Season with sour cream.

Hash on mineral water

Ingredients:

1.5 liters of mineral water with gas
4 things. boiled potatoes
4 things. boiled eggs
250 gr. sausage
1 medium cucumber
100 gr. sour cream
dill and onion
salt

Preparation:

Eggs, sausage and potatoes cut into small cubes. Cucumber to grind.
Half cucumber chop into cubes and half - grate. Onions and dill finely chop.
In a saucepan, mix all ingredients.
Pour all ingredients cold mineral water.
Add sour cream and salt.
