300 gr. chicken
800 ml water
onion
2 pcs. carrots
1 PC. Red bell pepper
1 stalk celery
4 cloves of garlic
green beam
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
salt
pepper
Preparation:
1. Chicken fillet cut into cubes, but not too small or large.
2. Fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Chicken ready to lay in a deep baking dish.
3. Grind the onion, bell pepper and celery cubes.
Carrots grate.
4. Chopped vegetables stew in a pan in butter until soft.
5. Vegetables shift in the form of meat and mix.
6. Figure rinsed in tap water until clear water.
Pour the rice on top of the vegetable pillow.
7. Put two bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Garlic cloves and place in a clean figure.
8. Pour boiling water into the mold. Gently stir the contents.
9. Cover with a lid or foil form.
Put the dishes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 35 minutes.
When submitting decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
