A great recipe of delicious hot dishes.

Ingredients:

400 gr. pork
1 kg potato
2 carrots
onion
2 garlic cloves
parsley
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 hours. l. ground pepper
1.5 hours. l. salt

Preparation:

1. A piece of pork, the best part of the neck, rinse, pat dry with paper towels and cut into two equal parts.

2. Chop the garlic finely. Onions and greens cut.

3. Prepared meat rub with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oils, crushed garlic, sprinkle half pepper and salt.

4. Peel the potatoes and carrots.

Coarsely chop the vegetables, mix with chopped parsley and the remnants of oil, salt, pepper.

5. Sleeve for baking tie with one hand.
Put in a first sleeve carrots, onions, potatoes and place on top of the pieces of pork.

Tie the other end of the hose.

6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Bake flavored pork and vegetables 50 minutes.

7. Vegetables with pork neatly put on the serving dish and immediately serve.
