Walnut cake with icing and cocoa

Simple, very fragrant and tasty, crumbly cake with nuts and cocoa will appeal to all hostesses for its ease of preparation. Family and guests will appreciate this dessert for tea. It remains only to prepare!

Ingredients:
Egg 1 pc
Butter 50g
250g caster sugar
Vanilla sugar 10g
milk 250ml
250g flour
cocoa 30g
10g baking powder for the dough
Walnuts 100g
White Chocolate Glaze 85g

Connect in a bowl of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and softened butter. Beat with a mixer. The mass becomes homogeneous and a little increase in volume.

Then add the milk to room temperature and stir.

Connect flour, cocoa, baking powder and dough, mix and add to the liquid mixture, mix until uniform dough.

Take walnuts, lightly fry, chop in a blender and add to the dough. From roasted nuts cake is fragrant and delicious.

The dough should have thickish, but with well-poured bowls. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter. Submit a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Baking dish 24 cm. Readiness check on a dry wooden skewers.

Melt the white chocolate tiles on a water bath and pour over the cooled cake and sprinkle on top once walnuts. Cake turns out very tasty.
