How to surprise the guests and what to prepare new and tasty on the holiday table? A salad with cod liver it turns unusually tasty and festive. Salad dressing can be made softer and sharper to your liking. This salad will not leave you and your guests indifferent.

Ingredients:
Cod liver 115g
Boiled potatoes 2 pieces
eggs 3pc
Onion 1pc
Pickled cucumber 3 pcs
Green onion
mayonnaise 100g
mustard 50g
Marinade for archery:
salt 0,5ch.l
sugar 1ch.l
Vinegar 9% 2ch.l
Water boiled 100-150g
Before preparing the salad marinate onions.
Onion cut into thin half-rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar and pour boiling water. Leave to marinate onions for 15 minutes.
Then cooled pickled onions, add cod liver oil, lightly mix.
Boil potatoes and eggs, rub on a coarse grater or chop finely. Slice the green onions and pickle slice into rings or half rings. Submit all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Who like it hot, mustard can add more. Season the salad and toss. Left to issue and serve. Salad portions are encouraged to apply.
Configure salad via shape. You can put the salad in the form of lightly pressing, and on top of cod liver with onions. Remove the ring. Decorate the salad cucumber rings, feathers, green onions and egg. It turns out very tasty salad with the original submission.
