Ingredients:
3 lemons
1 tbsp. Sahara
125 gr. butter
40 ml of vegetable oil
2 eggs
egg yolk
165 gr. flour
0.5 hours. l. baking powder
a pinch of salt
25 gr. starch
30 ml of milk
60 ml of cream
50 oz. icing sugar
Preparation:
Grate the zest from two lemons and lemons to squeeze the juice itself.
The bowl combine sugar and butter to room temperature. Beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes, they should be well connected.
The mass becomes noticeably paler.
Add lemon juice and zest, vegetable oil odorless.
Enter one egg yolk and two large eggs. Mix.

In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and starch.

Whip the cream at maximum speed in pure electric mixer bowl. The first 5 minutes, nothing will change, but then the mass will begin to thicken properly.
Pour the cream into the batter and gently mix the mass.

Bake at 175 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. As soon as browned, check the wooden skewer.
If you want a more crumbly cake - keep the cake in the oven a little longer.
When the cake has cooled, it can be covered with glaze.
For this 50 oz. powdered sugar, pour into a deep bowl and gradually, one teaspoon, pour the lemon juice.
Once all the powder gets wet, and the mass becomes thick - the glaze is ready.
Cover the cake with glaze and sprinkle with another wet glaze lemon zest third.
Important! If you hold the cooled cake with icing in the refrigerator for a few hours - will be even tastier
